The CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Epilation provides knowledge and practical competence in epilation.
Practical elements of the CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Epilation will enable Learners to:
- monitor health and safety practices within the salon/working environment
follow emergency procedures - communicate effectively with Clients
- provide Client care
- prepare and provide epilation treatments
Knowledge elements for the CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Epilation will enable Learners to:
- understand the requirements for following health and safety within the salon
- understand the anatomy and physiology of the integumentary system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system and lymphatic system
- understand the requirements for providing epilation treatments
Successful candidates will be awarded an internationally recognised Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Epilation.

Progress to Level 4 Skin Blemish Removal. The Level 4 Award in Skin Blemish Removal is a vocationally related qualification focused on carrying out advanced electrical epilation techniques to treat skin tags, milia, telangiectasia, spider naevi and blood spots.
