Welcome to www.furlessbeautyinstitute.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, online store, course enrolments, digital materials, and related services. By using our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Legal Entity and Governing Law

This website is operated by FURLESS BEAUTY INSTITUTE L.L.C, a company licensed by the Dubai Economic Department under License No. 960271, TRN No. 104113887400003, with its registered address at:

Furless Beauty Institute is regulated by the Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

All purchases, usage of services, and any resulting disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes may be subject to resolution through Dubai courts or, where applicable, DIFC-LCIA arbitration.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to purchase a course or enroll online and meet the course enrollment pre-requisites.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments through this website via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Stripe, in AED.
  • We also offer installment plans via Tabby, subject to Tabby's approval and terms.
  • All prices include 5% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment is required prior to course commencement. If a payment plan is agreed upon, then post-dated cheques must be submitted prior to course commencement.
  • Courses, deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where mandated by UAE consumer protection laws.
  • All bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are borne by the customer.
  • Cheque returns are subject to an administrative fee of AED 500.

4. Course Enrolment & Attendance

  • Course pre-requisites must be met. A signed Enrolment Agreement is required and forms part of your contract with us.
  • Attendance for the full duration of a course is mandatory.
  • Certificates are issued only upon fulfilling attendance requirements, completion of relevant examinations, coursework and assessments, as well as full settlement of fees. Replacement certificates may incur additional charges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only granted in the event of course cancellation by Furless Beauty Institute.
  • Refunds will be processed within 8 weeks, and only to the original payee’s bank account in their country of origin.
  • No refunds will be given:
    • If the student cancels or fails to attend the course
    • If the course is postponed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, war)
    • For promotional offers or discounted bookings
  • Fees are not transferable between persons or courses.

6. Rescheduling & Absences

  • Missed classes due to emergencies must be communicated in writing to info@furlessbeautyinstitute.com before the class.
  • A remake/rescheduling fee of AED 400 will apply for absences and is subject to educator availability.
  • Furless Beauty Institute reserves the right to reschedule classes.

7. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

  • Any digital materials provided are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not copy, share, distribute, modify, or resell any course content without prior written approval.
  • All intellectual property including training methods, manuals, videos, brand assets, and assessments remain the sole property of Furless Beauty Institute.

8. Student Code of Conduct

  • Learners are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct and follow all safety, sanitation, and academic policies.
  • Furless Beauty Institute reserves the right to expel any student for breach of conduct or policies, without refund.

9. Confidentiality

All learners are required to respect the confidentiality of:

  • Proprietary training materials
  • Internal procedures
  • Any personal or private information disclosed during training

Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action or expulsion.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this website and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with UAE and international data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
