Marketing & PR Executive

Reports to: Group Marketing & PR Manager

About The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & PR Executive to support the growth of The Furless Group brands: Furless Permanent, Furless Beauty Institute, and The Trading Corner. This is a hands-on role which is perfect for candidates who are excited to be involved in content creation, influencer marketing, PR, events and campaigns. The Marketing & PR Executive will work closely with the Group Marketing & PR Manager and collaborate with other departments and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with brand standards & goals. A candidate who is fluent in Arabic and English is required for this role, as we have operations in UAE and GCC.  We are looking for someone who is highly organised, hands-on, and eager to make things happen. A positive attitude and the ability to move multiple projects simultaneously is a must.

Marketing & PR Executive – Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Assist in managing social media channels for multiple brands, including scheduling posts and keeping stories active.
  • Create graphics and support content production in Canva, including photos and video editing.
  • Work with translators to ensure captions are accurate and aligned with brand tone.
  • Help coordinate on-ground story coverage at branches and assist on shoot days.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in preparing content briefs for campaigns and updating content across website, email, and social media channels.
  • Support paid ads with creative assets and track campaign performance.
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks and website updates under guidance.

3. Influencer & Partnership Support 

  • Maintain influencer and partnership databases.
  • Support outreach, coordination, and management of influencer collaborations.
  • Track deliverables and help ensure influencer campaigns convert leads effectively.

4. PR & Events

  • Support PR initiatives, community outreach, and event preparation.
  • Assist with media kits, event materials, and coverage at relevant events.

5. Lead & CRM Support

  • Input and update leads from all channels into the CRM.
  • Assist with newsletters and campaign communications.
  • Help track and report campaign results.

6. Administration & Brand Standards

  • Keep campaign calendars up to date and monitor deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative output and collaborations adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Stay aware of social media trends and suggest content ideas to keep channels fresh.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ GCC experience in marketing, PR, or social media (beauty/aesthetics/wellness preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Proven record in delivering KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions).
  • Skilled in Canva; familiar with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later or similar.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends and content creation.
  • Basic design and video/photo editing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plus: experience in email marketing, copywriting, SEO, or business development.
